Registration Fee
NOTE:
- LAM Summit is open only to Veterinarians. Confirmation might be required, if in doubt
- Veterinarians attending both Summit and Conference should register for the conference combo
- Conference registration online is compulsory for all attendees prior to arrival participation, even if you will be paying on site -late registration.
- Registration is regarded as incomplete without payment. Such registration will be voided on December 1st 2022, if payment is not received by this date.
- 3Rs workshop is distinct and open to all attendees coming for the conference. Complete registration is required to secure placement in the workshop on a first come first serve basis.
- Students MUST provide evidence of academic status to participate in the conference as students.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. After filling out the form, check your email for payment detail and a guide. (If you can’t find it in your inbox, kindly check your spam)
2. Payment Confirmation: Kindly take a snapshot of your online bank wire transfer by pressing the print screen button of your keyboard and email to acuretinfo@mail.com AND acuret.org@gmail.com
- Name change: If your circumstances change and you are not able to attend the Conference, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of N1,500.00 will be charged for each name change. No name change will be possible after November 25th, 2022.
- Lost Badge
For the entire duration of the Conference, participants must prove their identity with a valid badge. The loss of the badge is fined with N7,500.00.
Payments must be received within the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
Your registration payment will be acknowledged within 24/48 Hours via the email you have provided. If you do not receive acknowledgement within 72-hour, kindly contact acuret.org@gmail.com

- Admission to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on Dec 3, 2022
**International Attendees are exempted as Guests at a Nigerian Dinner
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received until November 11th ,2022 are subject to Bank and Credit card charges and a charge of 10% of the registration fees for administrative costs. Until November 25th ,2022 will receive 50% refund subject to a charge of 10% of the registration fees for administrative costs. After November 25th ,2022, full payment will be requested, and refunds will not be provided.
